Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods or when an item is marked as made to order.

Estimated delivery

Delivery usually takes 7–15 calendar days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, carrier delays, severe weather and incorrect address information may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is US$5.90 per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$59 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. The free-shipping threshold excludes shipping charges and taxes. Available delivery options and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address responsibility

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code and phone number before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact contact@lumesora.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
