Returns & Cancellations

14-day return request period

You may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact contact@lumesora.com before sending any item back and include your order number and reason for return.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and accessories. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are not returnable after their sealed packaging has been opened, except where the item is defective or incorrect.

Return shipping

For returns that are not caused by a product quality problem, wrong item or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and import duties are not refundable.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with clear photos. After verification, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund or reasonable return-shipping arrangement.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
